MISS BEACH BEAUTY WORLD 2009 IS MISS GIBRALTAR

Phần thi Hoa hậu biển diễn ra sôi nổi tại Zimbali, Nam Phi hôm 25/11 vừa qua với sự tham dự của những cô gái đẹp nhất thế giới. Ban giám khảo đã chọn 20 cô gái vào chung kết, đó là:

Gibraltar, Panama, Scotland, Pháp, Bolivia, Barbados, Indonesia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Nam Phi, Việt Nam, Zimbabwe, Croatia, Dominica, Ethiopia, Jamaica, Hàn Quốc, Namibia, Mỹ, Uruguay.

Từ 20 người đẹp, ban giám khảo tiếp tục công bố Top 12 người đẹp nhất, đó là :

Barbados, Indonesia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Nam Phi, Việt Nam, Zimbabwe, Gibraltar, Panama, Scotland, Pháp, Bolivia.

Kết quả cuối cùng, danh hiệu Hoa hậu biển thuộc về cô Kaiane Aldorino, 22 tuổi, Hoa hậu Gibraltar 2009.

Miss Gibraltar, Kaiane Aldorino, was chosen the winner of the Beach Beauty Fast-track competition held in Zimbali, November 25th. Aldorino is now fast-tracked into the semi finals. It is the very first time that Gibraltar places in the finals of the Miss World contest.

The 1st runner-up was Miss Panama, Nadege Herrera; while the 2nd runner-up was Miss Scotland, Katharine Brown. Misses France and Bolivia completed the Top 5 finalists.The judges had reduced the initial group of 112 contestants to just 44; then a top 20 was announced. After the first competition, the girls were reduced to a Top 12, and then the final 5.
